They sold me the wrong brake eliminater for my motorcycle. I called 10 time the day i got the brake eliminater then the next day i called 5 times an still no answer to resolve my problem. Bad customer service

I paid for a rim and tire on 4/10/19 I was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. Tomorrow makes 4. No response to emails until I filed a dispute with my credit card company today. The response stated that the rim was still in chrome and that my order will be refunded.. Wow. If I could leave zero stars I would. Definitely would not deal with again.

FTD Customs Are awesome. I bought a new tire and rim for my 2021 Ultra Limited in Daytona Beach, Fl and there was a problem with the settings on their hub machine, so my rotors were reading ( out of specs) so I rode all the way back to Georgia and call FTD to inform them of what Harley Davison told me about my rotors. I spoke with Ms Christy ( very nice and professional). She didnt hesitate to get new rotors in the mail right away with no issues. Needless to say that the new rotors didnt fix my issue so Blake ( Mike and Christys Son) said bring it to Nashville and Dad said he will take care of it. When I got to Nashville FTD treated me like family and got me back on the road to Georgia in no time with brand new equipment that rode like a dream. Thank you Mike and the FTD team for standing behind your work and more importantly your Word.

Bought a Kuryakyn part on ebay. It had a manufacture flaw. Kuryakyn states 1 year warranty, but when I called Kuryakyn they tell me the warranty has to be done through the place I purchased at which was FTD. FTD wouldnt respond to my emails and I had to buy another elsewhere to resolve.
