Absolutely shocking agency. Got told by the director himself (Lee) that he sorted work for myself and two other lads up until Christmas. Turns out they only needed two of us and the work was only for a day. Lies upon lies, passes the blame onto others. Just to get you there. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Hi Craig, Absolute rubbish. You spoke to Tia like dirt all I can say very lucky you were not talking to me she had 20 missed calls from you last night as again you tried to harras her but after hours. If you do continue with your vile harassment I will report you to the police. You even made threats to come to our office and sort her out what man says that. People who know Tia in our business will let you know she will always will help our workers in fixing issues and making sure workers paid on time going above and beyond. Tia tried to help you and explained in order for you to get paid you need to provide a valid passport or birth certificate. She even sent you link. You wouldn't listen you just screamed down the phone. We at BSR and pluspay have tried to help you. I belive you have now found your birth certificate which Patrick has sent to pluspay and they can now pay you. If you have any more questions or if I can help please call me. For the record I told Patrick to release you from the Job not Tia as I dont want rude and threatening people working for BSR or my clients. Lee.

Very unprofessional .Treat you like dirt .try to talk with the so called owner of the company Tia Au wanting to know why i havnt been paid and all i got when trying to explain what i had been told by another member of staff that they will sort things for me weeks ago was talked over and she would not listen to a thing of what i was trying to say .Dont bother looking at the site .All lies .Claim to make sure you get paid in a timely and compliant fashion. What a joke .She was more interested in getting home than dealing with me . Tai has told a member of staff she has finished me and to tell me this .SORRY BUT YOUR TOO LATER .I quit your company .I dont have respect for people that treat people the way this company does .Im good at my job so i will not be quitting any clients and letting them down . Oh and Tia attitude was disgusting towards me .she constantly spoke over me and wouldnt let me explain things . Constant lies from the company and they dont look after people.I also dont make threats . Oh and very lucky i wasnt speaking to you . YAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWN HA
