This was my first time visiting the new Fairfax location. Very pretty store and the merchandise is very beautiful. But here's my thing, I'm always a bit curious about places that want to charge you $300 for a shirt, but lack in customer service. I visited on a quiet day, I was 1 of 3 customers in the store. No one said hello and/or offered to assist me. Darn it. Do you think they noticed my $80 shoes and knew I was not the preferred customer?! C'mon, this is N. Wilmington, but it is not Greenville. You have to at least say hello if you want someone to take out a small loan for an outfit.
