We bought a bike along with an extended warranty from Kirk's in 2019, we traded that bike for a new one at Southern Honda Powersports. Called Kirk's today to get the pro-rated refund on the extended warranty..was told there would be no refund because I had to request it BEFORE I sold my bike. Called Southern Honda to get a "second opinion"...Southern Honda informed me that I am entitled to a warranty refund and was happy to apply for it with Honda for us. Kirk's Cycle has lost a customer!
The staff is very uneducated about new releases on bikes. Wouldn't waste time calling and asking information Obviously it's not important 2 them to do research and keep up 2 date on new releases From Honda
Not the the type to leave reviews but after having the opportunity to talk and do business with joann to obtain my first motorcycle, I want to give 20/5 star review . Joann help me a lot she was so nice and such a wonderful person both Joann and Jeremy are such wonderful people,I 100% recommended new motorcyclist to do business with Joann and Jeremy at kirks cycle Honda .

Really wanted to bring my family's business here. My father, myself and my wife all ride Honda atv and motorcycles. I only called to ask a question and was asked to call back later. I guess it's true customer service is a dying thing.
