Very disappointed- went in to ask about embroidery for my business. Brought in my disc and chip in a gold envelope with my name and #. Never got a call back and then we went down with covid. Called to see if they had my envelope. Kept calling and was finally told can't find it and can't look in storage. Didn't offer anything for losing my only copies of the logo.

Horrible customer service! Promised an order would be ready by the next day and would receive a text confirmation. Text was never received, not only was it not ready at promised time it hadn't even been started! Then told it wouldn't be ready until next week, because "she" doesn't work weekends. I drove across town after being assured it would be done. Gentleman on phone didn't even apologize. When originally inquiring about their abilities, I stated several times this was for a funeral, therefore the reason of needing it at "promised" time!
