I have been wanting a BAGGU for years now. I work nearby and decided to stop in. The store is small and was very busy! I asked for the cloud bag in a dark green color which was on display. As I asked an employee for that bag, I watched as 4 people without masks touched and rubbed their hands on the bag. Unfortunately they didnt have a new bag and took the display. Nobody offered to sanitize it even though they WATCHED people touch it? I dont even know how long the product had been out, nor did they offer another color option. The staff was rude and seemed to be bothered by me asking the price on UNTAGGED items. I was looking forward to buying from here again, but definitely not after that experience.

They can certainly take some time to get used to, especially when you make the switch from single-use plastic. For some people, Baggus work best held in the hand (like a plastic bag) as opposed to over the shoulder, if the positioning and weight don't feel right! Additionally, while the bags can hold up to 50 lbs each, that's typically way more weight than most people can comfortably carry. So you can feel free to experiment with how much weight feels good. When I discovered BAGGU reusable shopping bags online, I was ecstatic! I was so so excited when they finally got delivered. The colors are beautiful, and the size is large and perfect for grocery shopping. However, after using them several times, I HATE THEM. Sorry, I just do, and so does my husband who used them too. They just slip of our shoulders no matter what we're wearing (jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts, t-shirts - anything!) and no matter if we load them light or super heavy. We always had to push the bags up our shoulders every 30 seconds, and when we got home after about a 20 min walk with groceries, our wrists were ready to fall off. I honestly think we'll toss them. I never use them after those several horrid trials.
