Bought a 2022 vehicle and already having issues. Took the car in to get repaired and then out of the blue after completing a LR survey, the advisor has the nerve to text my personal phone to state that I should have given them the opportunity to repair it. Hmm I did by taking in to get serviced and same issues are still there. Otherwise, the physical appearance of the new vehicle is nice and sales guy has been very responsive. Would I ever buy a landrover again? Nope, unless they can fix the issues that currently exist in my brand new vehicle. This post will be updated if the vehicle is ever repaired. Not feeling confident right now.

My husband and I bought a Range Rover Evoque and were having trouble getting into the Land Rover app. We called Land Rover San Antonio and they told us that we could come in at that moment and they would help us. We hopped in the car and drove down and were met with the most outstanding customer service from Mr. Jarrett Perkins. Even though we bought the vehicle from a different dealership, he and the land rover team were dedicated to helping us. When we were not able to fix the problem on the computer, Mr Perkins worked tirelessly for two days, calling the main headquarters to ensure that our issue was fixed. We were so grateful and will be definitely coming back when it's time for an upgrade.

Just had the worst experiences with the service department. I have a 2019 Range Rover. A 100k car. Took it in since the radio would not select the satellite radio as a source. They had it all day, called me to tell me it is ready and the problem is exactly the same as it was when I dropped it off. The service department says it is open till 7 but no one around to talk to and we had to take the car back. When I talked the only admin answering the phones she basically said I was out of luck. I have boufght tons of cars from various dealerships in San ANtonio and never been treated this way or had a problem not checked by the service department berfore returning the car to us. Last Rover I will ever buy.
