I live here for a year and they don't take of their resdents and do follow through with work orders and my place when I got it was not redone or replace and it's trashy here and to many bugs here my place has cock Roache's and beds bugs they didn't take care of it I had to take my children to the TMC three time of the bites and they had a total of five Management's so far since I been here then they gave the whole complex a 30 day notice not renewing lease and they screw people over ok but will see how they need people are ok I have 15 days on my lease and im done and moving back to the east side where they care about there resdents ok that just me ok but the person on here I agree with them was poor mange .

So disappointing. Came from Atlanta so had to trust what we saw online. Super misleading. Bars and plywood on windows. No lights in the rooms No hot water Did not get a walkthrough or mail key. Wires hanging out No outside light. No balcony Website does not actually show any pictures of the inside except the kitchen. Before we came we called a few times to discuss and talk about things and no one answered. Which should have been a red flag. But again coming from out of state. Please save your time and money and find something else.

I have lived here at Vista Palmilla for almost 3 years. When i first moved here i was very nervous if walking out mt door in the evening and the laundry room was not fit to use. Ever since our current Manager who has cleared out the drugs and homeless, things have been much safer and cleaner.She really works hard for her tenants to protect them and keep this place clean. The garbage that has been posted here in the past few days are very untrue. The women that were removed from the property in Saturday did not live here. The broke into a unit to do heroin. When confronted they were loud and hostile. The person who filmed and posted to Facebook wasn't getting tge whole story and only seeking her 20 seconds of fame at the expense of a good person.

Management is terrible they will lie to you just to get their money n completely ignore I end I ask about ther end of the deal some tenants will lie n make fake accusations to get u evicted watch out
