As a NEW business in Las Vegas needing someone to help with our branding and further marketing tasks and finding someone yet to willing work with our own in-house branding manager almost on a one-on-one basis listening to our specifics and wants. Several other shops with the typical double speak, projecting costs above and beyond what they would be doing. Ron at Diamond Sign Co came across to us as not only someone honest in their efforts but fair. He offered us more than enough additional information and suggestions to consider prior to making informed decisions in simplifying if not streamlining our own process along the way. Ron and his staff have done an incredible task to earn our business with great communication, efficiency, and as we've experienced so far, keeping us ahead of our own schedules. We look forward to working long term towards developing our branding with Ron and his staff continuing our growth with them. They couldn't come any more highly recommended... UPDATE EDIT:: Unusually I am relatively passive and reserved do to my level of understanding of industries, things happen in situations, supply issues, etc. I've mitigated changing my review and because of all the repercussions and hassles of trying to find anyone responsible to replace the NEWLY formed Company now under ABC Products. I've spent the better part of the last 2 years with an increasingly worse communication habits from ABC now. I can honestly see why so many printing companies go away or fail now. Communication? Now horrible is an understatement. Company has all the latest tech in Apple desktops, internet based caller ID, Voicemail, Texting, forwarded calls to Owner.. Still can't get orders processed, still cant get return calls, acknowledged PO received responses, no follow up from any aforementioned tech which is used to field and maintain normal business I am assuming. I even one time did manage to get through to the Owner, asked if there was some bad mojo or discourse that would bring about a change in the way we had been receiving customer service.. Were we just too small of an account to deal with? Was assured in good faith, that's not the case, hey resend the orders & PO information; we generally do our own weeding on decals to save time because of intricacies in our logo, we get it, its a headache. We've been chasing on/off for better part of 2020, 2021, and although this EDIT is long overdue. Honestly, I don't know whats wrong with this company now. In general they do great work, Customer service side has literally turned to the worst I've seen and FAR BEYOND that of just COV-19, being nominally busy, there has only even been no more than 3 workers usually only 1-2 since Ive dealt with the company. Maybe all those big accounts that has the company all gassed up in the head you would think he could afford a full time sales person to help, or hire hands for the work and then focus on the business growth and or direction of maintaining accounts with (stable/increasingly) better customer service procedures. What makes matters worse, no one else around them is better by any stretch either. But being the best of the worst isnt top tier. NO Longer recommending,..

Very disappointed with this business. At first everybody seemed so nice and friendly. I told him that I needed to have my lab coats done in two days and they told me that would not be a problem. When I called they were closed. I was told by the person that they would make arrangements to have this available to me on Saturday. I had to go out of town on business and needed my lab coats. When I called the owner hung up on me. He then had his employee call me to try to set things straight. The employee apologized profusely and told me that he would get this straightened out. He assured me that by Sunday evening he would find a way to get me my lab coats even though they were not yet embroidered. I never heard from him again. This all transpired a week ago and I still have not heard from anybody Update, I have read the reply from this company and it is false. When I went to pick up my lab coats this afternoon the owner actually told me that I was correct and saw that I had requested a Saturday pick up and it was written for Saturday pick up on the order. ( I looked at him incredulously because I KNEW I was correct). So now Im a liar in addition to a customer? Furthermore, I was told by the employee on the phone last week (while he was apologizing profusely) that they would credit the money that I paid due to their mistake and my inconvenience ( 3 trips to the store, numerous phone calls and a trip to Houston for a media interview with no lab coats). When I mentioned the promised credit to the owner today while picking up my lab coats he said thats news to me, and turned on his heel and proceeded to walk away from me into the back room. No credit received, no further apology or communication. They did do a nice job on the embroidery though All in all a shame, my husband uses a lot of signs and such in his PR company. They lost what could have been a big account for them
