After spending our own money to make printable artwork, and then sending a quote and mock up, we never head back from you. Its disappointing that you would resort to giving us a poor review without following up after you new we spent our own money to make your artwork.

Edit May 2, 2021 I just checked out of curiosity. Your response must be speaking of the $25 to 'mock' up the order. After you openly admitted that the quote indeed was not sent to me due to your system issue, you sent this quick mock up which didn't even follow a single request I made. I asked for two designs and received one mash up of everything, clearly seems it was thrown together quick, we both have an extremely clear email thread. This would of been very easy to just claim the mistake, however your response indicates you feel I have some how taken advantage of your time. I am sorry but you can't expect to charge me a mock up that came to be nothing like what I asked for. Original Post : I can only assume my order was forgotten. I was quoted 4-5 days, then told they were busy with larger (more important) orders. I received an image of what the print would look like, while my order was yes small, it was likely to total in the area of $400. As a business owner myself I tend to be understanding to other owners. I gave multiple weeks, now over a month, with no response to my last email. I am glad I didn't have to make a deposit or prepay. If you need something smaller, than I guess thousands of $$$, then find someone small and local. They will likely over perform for you as well.

It is October 22 and I placed my order on September 27. It will be a month soon and I still havent received my childs spirit shirt. I have tried to contact this company and they still havent returned my call.
Amazing Service! I cannot give enough praise to this team. I was able to get my shirts in a speedy amount of time and they took it one step further and separated them and packaged the shirts by teams so that when they arrived all I had to do was hand them out! OUTSTANDING!
I have used this company for the past few years to the tune of over 600 uniform jerseys each year. The best quality we have ever had, delivered on-time, and competitively priced. I would highly recommend this company.
Good evening, we are under new management and now have the ability to do less than 24 shirts at a time. Yes, in our previous model, we could do 1 shirt, but would need to charge you for 24 shirts as it was not cost effective to do 1 shirt at a time. However, with our new DTG printer, we can do a single full color shirt at a time. There is a premium for doing single shirts, but we do now have the capabilities. I hope you give us another chance.

I was completely lied to on the phone. I was told they don't have the "ability" to do less than 24 shirts. Sorry, that's just a flat LIE. If you can do 24 you can do as little as 1. You just don't want an order any smaller.
