Ground usually takes 2 business days to get to Oregon but once it leaves our store it is in the hands of UPS. Since the pandemic started UPS has been all over the place with its in-hands date. Again I apologize for the confusion and would ask that you reach out to James at our store to discuss this further.

Let me first say that the people were very friendly. Now, that being said, I went in on Monday and had a check that needed to be in Oregon quickly. When I asked how much it would cost to ship it via FedEx I was told that it could be there on Wednesday for $13 and change unless it needed to be overnighted. I said that Wednesday would be fine paid my $13 and left. Now it's Friday and the check still has not arrived to its destination. I tracked it and it is in Ohio. It turns out, they did not send it FedEx, they sent it FedEx ground. It's not even going to make it by the next Wednesday. It will not be to its destination until the next Thursday. I thought I was paying for 2 day shipping and instead wound up with 11 day shipping. I am so irritated!

They have worked closely with us with the printing of personal and professional printing needs. Also mailing of different item's. They have helped with the paper needs of our menu, business cards and emails. Thank you.

The pore gal working in there was running her but off but she was very professional and does a dang good job. I felt bad but I can tell you I will for sure use them for shipping and copy's any time I need it! Thank you for your help.
