Sorely puzzled and disappointed by my interaction as I walked in this Ace Hardware store with my husband. The lady at the register first thing she had said to me was a company policy to remove my purse and to give it to her. I was shocked about this interaction. As I looked around the store a lady had her purse and was pleasantly shopping around in the store. If this is a company policy. Well it needs to be fair a cross the board. Also everyone is solely responsible for their belongings. How and why would I hold someone else responsible for my belongings.

Needs improvement the women at the register have very bad language and looking at rap sheets on the computer instead of helping customers.
