Placed an order for Christmas sweaters. The items did not arrive in time for Christmas. Not only that, but they also shorted me a shirt. When I reached out they wanted pictures of the packaging so they could contact the shipping company. I explained that it was a sealed package and that I had opened and thrown the packaging away. They seemed perturbed that I had not saved the torn (by me) envelope. I guess I was supposed to use my x-ray vision to see that there were only three shirts in the package. After a couple of e-mails they agreed to make up the shirt. Three weeks later I contacted them for an update. I was asked to send pictures of the shirts that I had received. Assuming that they couldn't figure out which shirt was missing, I went to my order page and sent four clearly labeled pictures showing which ones I had received and then which one was missing. There was no mistaking which shirt I needed based on my e-mail. I received an e-mail back saying that they needed pictures of the actual shirts received. I explained that these were Christmas gifts and that I would have to request these from the recipients. I was told that they would wait to receive these. Why do they need to see pictures of the shirts that I received? I am not trying to get them, I only want the shirt that I didn't receive. This makes no sense whatsoever!!!
Paid for express Order for valentines delivery and only received half sent message and they were like oh well you got something and the Graphic was not good as well.
Still have not received product. They say shipping within 10-15 days. Not true, over 15 days and has Not even left China yet. All product made in China so be aware!!!! If I would have known it was coming from China I would never have ordered. Very sneaky. Would NEVER order with them again
Tracking says it shipped 12/27. Nothing. No one knows where the item is. Gecko is having me do all of the running around to find it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If I could give them a negative rating I would. I ordered my fiance a Keychain in November for a Christmas gift. Emailed them in January after not receiving and they stated they didn't know where it was and they would resend. I sent another email and it came back as undeliverable. I have sent a notification through Spotify informing them of the issue since it has been 7 months since I placed the order and still have not received my product.
