Sorry, you were unhappy with the service. We realize that this was something we needed to work on. We now have a door bell to let us know when customers come in. Went in a couple of days after Christmas to get my wife a Birthday present. Door was open but my initial thought was that the store was closed. We walked in looked around for 45 minutes and didn't see anybody I even called out two times. Finally somebody comes in the back door and starts walking toward us see Jesus but stopped in a little office possibly and talk to whoever was there for 5 minutes. I was absolutely ready to walk out at that point. My wife convinced me to keep my cool and we were there for her anyway, so I did. The lady finally came out and we got what we wanted, but she was none too pleased to have to do a monogram on it but said that she would. My wife went back to pick it up a couple of hours later and she was happy. So I guess in the end, it was worth it.
