Terrible customer service and quality of work. I sent them pictures of the crooked patches and extremely crooked stitching and received a call from an employee saying she tried her best. Requested to speak to the owner and emailed him and never got a response. All items will have to be thrown away they are terrible looking.
David came in and gave us instructions on what he was looking for. We wrote up a price quotation with his instructions. We responded to him with pricing as soon as we could considering our heavy workload and short staff. His emails suggested he expected the art to be finished, when an order hadn't been placed and a deposit had not been received. After a few emails back and forth there was enough discrepancies between what he told us when he came in and what he was now emailing that I figured it was best to pass on his project. I was respectful, and did not want to get into my concerns for fear of making David upset ( I guess I failed at that). Its hard to be successful, when we are trying to understand a project, and the details continue to change without us being part of those details. "Lack of Communication" is a 2 way street that points to both sides. For example, the original quote David requested was for 12 shirts, and hearing about 30 is another change we were unaware of. I'm sorry if we disappointed you, but it was evident we could not make you happy from the very begining. I felt it was wise to not collect money from you, and just be upfront.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I made myself clear when I went in there that I wanted no more than one hour of setup time at $100 an hour. Over a week later I finally hear back from them and they tell me they are going to "pass" on the job. If 1 hour wasn't enough time to design a shirt then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time. I will gladly take my money for 30 plus shirts and spend it elsewhere. What a joke. In my opinion communication is better than a bad reputation. They have missed out on a great ongoing account. Instead I'll be sharing this experience with anybody who needs similar products and recommend they take their business elsewhere. Can't imagine it's worth it....... after reading their reply I added a screenshot of the email that shows over 30 shirts and the receipt from another business that I ordered from right after Myatts "passed" They communicated well and got my business. Imagine that.
I'm sorry about what happened to your order. We had been communicating with you on this order from the begining. Privately, we let you know that we could not sew the IACS logo until we became an approved vendor for them. (we had been sewing their logo in the past, and was asked to stop by the school administration since we did not go through their approval process) We attempted multiple times to create a logo that matched their parameters in both color and legibility, but through our own diagnosis hadn't created something we felt they would approve to date. Again, privately giving you all these details. We asked you multiple times what you would like to do, since we felt this process would take some time, and even suggested that there are other approved vendors that can help you in this situation. I'm not sure I understand the public review given here, but I am sorry for what has happened with this order. We should have denied your order from the begining and now we will do so until we are officially approved from this school.

They were unable to complete my order due to not having correct color of thread. Held on to my items for over 4 months. A lot of my time wasted.
