I am so please with the service I received from Zoie at Memories for you. She really took the stress out of the planning of a wedding. The event went off without a hitch,it was amazing and wonderful in every way. Zoie made my reception hall look like a ball room, she managed the DJ and the Bartender. Never been happier.

As a wedding videographer and one of the many vendors for the special day, I can always tell, if the wedding day has been organized by a professional wedding coordinator. It is truly a challenge and one that should not be taken upon Yourself alone. Not if You want to relax and enjoy the most important day of Your life. The recent wedding RIMAS FILMS has filmed was coordinated by an amazing wedding planner Zoie Burgess, Memories for You Weddings & Events. And yes, I am calling Zoie amazing, because I have absolutely no complaints, but only kind words and praises for her hard work. Zoie was very responsive and always reachable if needed, from the very beginning. She helped to sail the wedding smoothly through a windy day. And made sure everyone enjoyed the reception part too! Zoie was a pleasure to work with and I sincerely hope we will get to work again soon!

When I interviewed Zoie on the phone about 1.5 years away from my wedding, I knew she was the one that I wanted to work with! From the very beginning she was professional and courteous. I am from Maryland, and we were doing a destination wedding in Florida. My first trip down, I met Zoie and we went right to work! My venue was picked and we did floral arrangements, cake, makeup, decorations, etc. all in a span of two trips! I felt very comfortable relying on Zoie to help make great decisions! Zoie was also there every step of the way, from emails, to conference calls with my mom and I for decoration ideas and planning what needed to be done and when! Now, it was time for the wedding! From the rehearsal to the actual wedding day, Zoie and her colleague were AMAZING! We had a thunderstorm that was passing through right before my wedding was supposed to start outside on the golf course and Breakers West, and everything was brought in until the rain stopped! After the rain ceased, Zoie and her colleague got everything together very quickly, and we had the most beautiful wedding with the sun shining and our beautiful orange and pink umbrellas were used to shade the sun for our guests! I did not have anything to worry about at all! She was there every step of the way, even down to the minutes when we were leaving the reception. It was just perfection! Overall, if I could do my wedding all over again, I would still pick Zoie and Memories For You! The organization, profesionalism, and just being there for me when I had some very tough decisions to make, giving me her advice, meant so much and we still keep in touch to this day! I highly recommend Zoie and her team!

Zoie was amazing... I am a planner as it is, so she stepped back and let me go with it, which from my understanding can be very difficult for a wedding planner. Not Zoie, she was amazing. She handled all my contracts with all my vendors, and also helped my ideas become a reality. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thanks Zoie!!!

Memories for You Weddings and Events was a dream event planning and coordinating service for our recent wedding. From our very first correspondence with Zoie, we felt completely supported and understood. We had spoken with a few wedding planners before contracting with Memories for You, and many of the others made us feel like our ideas were invalid or impossible. Zoie came to the conversation with incredible expertise and a compassionate desire to help us make our wedding the best day of our lives. Zoie is a phenomenal listener, a terrific resource for vendors, she talks through ideas and concepts quite thoroughly, and steers the way to keep couples on track (and we often needed that!). We had a destination wedding and didnt even meet Zoie until our rehearsal, but it felt like we had known her for years, particularly because of how readily available she made herself throughout our planning process. If there were any problems or issues on the day of the wedding, I dont know about them - Zoie and her team took care of everything and somehow managed to stay invisible throughout the evening. Working with Zoie and Memories for You was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you, Zoie, for an absolutely wonderful experience!
