I came to the store in November with an urgent need of shirts for my business pop up. I spoke with someone who initially gave me great customer service and walked me through everything I needed. To skip over the small stuff, The last phone call I had with one of the staff from the store was, Unfortunately, the embroider will not be able to finish your shirts in the time frame that you needed (which was okay because I know I was already pushing it) So Im still expecting shirts, I just know I have to use a plan B for this go round at my pop up. January I call, and there are no shirts. The excuse is, Im sorry, I was under the impression that you didnt want the shirts since they werent going to be done in the time frame you needed it done by. Which is okay to assume with your friends or family, but this is a business! On that last call, the question should have been, would you like continue with your order or cancel due to the time frame? No accommodation was made, nor did she ask if I would like to place another order. I do not feel valued as a customer.
