Hi Kaly, thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are disappointed in your response, initially due to your international number we were unable to call you, but we have messaged you via our WhatsApp service and replied by email. We always stand by our work as we only use the best suppliers for our products and if a customer is not satisfied we always offer a full refund on return of the original garment. However despite our request to return the prints you have failed to send them back and until we receive them we are unable to make a full refund. All our prints are manufactured from highest quality brands and are made to last and as such we will always stand by our work, if any point a customer is not satisfied or our prints were to fail we would never compromise on customer satisfaction or expectations of our work and resolve the matter. We have tried desperately to work with on this occasion, we are aware that you have cut the prints up and subsequently damaged them, despite this we have on our goodwill still offered half your money back, on condition you send back the damaged prints. We are sorry this is the best we could offer you on this occasion, if you had returned the original prints without damage we would have offered a full refund.

Very poor service and attitude towards clients. I would not recommend using this shop. They have damaged the product I came in with to have embroidered, didnt feel the need to apologise or offer compensation. I had to wait for hours for them to repair a mistake they made and again was offered no compensation or even an apology. I would avoid using them to avoid waiting for hours and being disappointed

Great service from every person I Spoke too. Very quick turn around and they kept me updated throughout the whole process and gave me multiple options. Will definitely use in the future.
We are sorry for the delay, school uniform orders in the last week of August are always difficult to get out before the new school term starts. Our team have emailed you outlining the timescale and your order delivered in September.

I ordered my sons school jumpers on 26th August and to have his name embroidered on them..they're STILL not ready, no update, no email, no phone call, no sweet FA. Don't bother.
