Obsurd and unmitigated, everything from the field reps to the telephone customer service. Horrific !! There should be at least one other option for service, it's the equivalent of being trapped.

the worst....and they know it. They don't care...it's the only company that provide the service if you can call it that way.....the worst customer service. They make you wait a whole day to connect the gas and they cancel the appointment whit out notice for the next day. They charge a $50 connection fee & a $ 3 fee because you call to give them the business......

My wife called Teco and got someone on the phone right away. Because of COVID, it took them a few days to come out, but they were thorough in making sure no one in the house was sick before coming out. The tech, Taurie Simon (please forgive me if I butchered your name), was amazing. We moved to FL just a few short months ago and I have never experienced service like this before. He was kind, courteous, but most impressively, extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and went through our appliances with us, how to stop the gas in case there is a leak and even what to expect when hiring someone to put a line in for the bbq. I gave this company 5 stars, but I give Mr. Simon 10. Hooray for you, Teco Gas is lucky to have you! Thank you again for being so great!

TECO is a stand up company. I received an appointment within 3 days of my initial call. The young lady on the phone who fielded my call (I wish I could remember her name) was a complete delight to speak with. She was courteous and so pleasant. The gentleman who came out to hook everything up was prompt and patiently answered all my questions. Now I see they are offering assistance to those who are experiencing hardship during this trying time. My hats off to them for taking care of their clientele.

Horrible customer service. Cut off our gas for over 24 hours, sent a technicians who "could"not restore my service. Four 30 minutes phone calls later all they could say was "sorry, that must be hard". I would not recommend this service for anyone.
