Was trying to get badges and custom lettering done on my 4 sport jerseys. They told me that it would take 3 weeks to complete the job. Called on the day they were suppose to be completed. Was told they had many customers coming in and out of their store and they are working on getting it done in a few hours. I asked if they even started working on the jerseys and they said not yet but was hoping to get it done in the next few hours. Horrible customer service! F-. Beware. I guess they pick and choose who their priority customers are.
