I ordered 30+ shirts for my business and she was not able to print on the material, which I had brought up as a concern in the beginning. I was reassured it wouldnt be an issue. Well, it did turn out to be an issue and since she cant properly print on the material, she cannot continue. So now I am out $500+ with no shirts even in my possession and only being offered a reimbursement of $200 since she has a no refund policy Not sure why its at my cost due to a professional learning the hard way that the vinyl doesnt print well on certain material. I have been trying to get in contact with her and have not heard anything! Its been a few weeks now with no to little communication. Her excuse for not answering my calls during business hours is because she works during business hours...

Cali Chaos Customs is the absolute BEST. I ordered shirts for my baby girl Birthday party and they we're absolutely amazing. So nice, neat, and creative.
