Hi Tom, We do embroidery but no personal engraving. Due to the Covid downturn, we had to pivot to just commercial and industrial engraving. I apologize for not being able to explain further. JB's over the last twenty plus years has done some personal work for me making hats , vests for me . Have also made up awards to be given to special people .the staff are very helpful Aaron and Jim have helped me every time JB'S is on main street sometimes parking is hard the store is one of the older building on main,
