I bought 2 cars at this dealer and I recommended my stepfather to buy another one, I received a bad treatment, the first thing is that I bought a vehicle and it took three months without the plates and they registered it, I never received them, so I was forced to change of vehicle for the reason that I did not receive the plates nor was it registered, they wanted to charge me two registered when they only gave me the last vehicle. The first car was sold to me with several faults that were never resolved, the second car a car year 2020 which cost me $27 thousand dollars I received it with a damaged tire, when I go to change the oil I realize that the tire is useless I go to the dealer and he tells me that the warranty month has passed when it was a problem that they gave me like that It cost me $600 extra pain, in the end I felt cheated, they only care about selling but they don't care about customer satisfaction, if you are going to buy a car be very careful you can get ripped off.

Hi Jay, It is unfortunate to see you had a negative experience, but there is difference between an amount finance price and finance charge which is occurred over time if someone stays with the same rate which is based on their credit situation. Also when someone cannot afford a car out right we always recommend financing which can be done with as low as 0 down. We also do not have any records of you in our systems if you would be kind enough to give us a call we would be able to explain to you how to use the warranty which is available on all our cars. Do Not buy a car from here! First red flag- my Uber driver told me he bought a car from them and they screwed him by overcharging him on the financing the vehicle (told him one price and made him sign on another price) - he didnt notice because he was fairly new to the country and didnt speak much English at the time. 2nd red flag one of the guys kept insisting that I finance when I was clear about purchasing outright 3rd red flag- once I picked my car and was firm on buying outright, any customer service that was there initially, was dismissed immediately. Long story short I had the vehicle for 2 months before I had to replace the TRANSMISSION , as well as a list of other issues. If you didnt read it the first time - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SELL LEMONS.

Oh my god, I was @ this dealership on Irvington trying to trade my car in for a use one .I had no money bad credit I didnt think my old car was worth anything cuz the first offer I got was freaking $200 dollar which was told to me by a salesman. Lord talking about feeling disappointed. I began to walk outside the place and I hppn to look up @ the sky and seen a huge rainbow yep I got the car so shout out to (MIDO AMIN) he said he was going take care of me and he did. god is good
