You picked the first shirt... and you said you loved it!!!!! Brought another shirt in with poor artwork.... We can only print what you give us!!! You didnt even give us an opportunity to talk to you... rather you opted to give a bad review.... Shame on you!!!!

I was skeptical at first because when I reached out to him via phone he told me that I would have to come to his location (drive 40 miles) just for a quote! We were desperate because we wanted to send these off as Christmas gifts! I asked him several times was there anything we needed to do to the design BEFORE he put it on the shirts. He did not mention that the design might(would) come out darker! We couldve easily corrected the color! We got 2 (different) shirts from him - totaling in $72. A big waste of money because I am embarrassed to even send these off. If he wouldve adjusted the coloring they wouldve been great or let me know FIRST!! HORRIBLE QUALITY instead!!! He did not offer to correct them or any future discounts! FIRST TIME & LAST TIME customer! If youre looking for fast, cheaper service than his, with the same Quality, just go to WALMART PHOTO APP!

We explained the size and the quality of the product the customer was purchasing... The proof was approved by the customer! Apparently the customer had buyer remorse... wants to compare the price with Walmart... thats when we explained to her that Walmart is BILLION $ Company! If price was of concern, she should have shopped at Walmart! We have thousand and thousands of satisfied customers....

A rip off. I paid $160 for what was explained to me a throw blanket. The size was smaller than I expected and the thickness of the fleece was paper thin. When I expressed my disappointment the guy that works there got a little heated and didn't want to show me their price book almost like he had something to hide but shouldn't if you stand by your price and the cheap product you provide. I could have went to Walmart (That's a million dollar company says the owner) providing the excuse for poor quality and horrible customer service... I thought that the amount I paid I'm sure the quality would be better than Walmart. Absolutely not the case. The design came out nice which is where the one star is earned.

Hello, the graphic designer here. You have the audacity to say poor art-work?... your professionalism just went out the window alone with that comment. You were provided two file formats in CYMK for optimal printing at 300dpi. This is an user error on your end my friend. Where's the customer service concern on your part as well!? Didn't try to resolve the issue you made or offer any type off assistance!? You collected the money & could careless if the customer was satisfied or not. Not a good way to run a business at all!
