Didn't show up for TWO appointments, hours wasted waiting in for them and no communication from the shop, basic service is poor and would not recommend to anyone from this experience.

Amateurs incapable of any accountability, an absolute waste of time and money, to be avoided at all costs! I booked a job with them with a three weeks notice to fit hard flooring in my short-term rental flat starting Sept 07, 2018, with a hard stop on Sunday 09/09 at noon. Despite 12 calls and their assurance that they would confirm they would start on time, their fitter showed half a day late and declared that they were unable to finish on time. Worst of all, their fitter had gone to another job the same morning!! He had not been told he could start the day before (despite me reaching out to request this) or made aware of the time limit. They made my partner wait for one entire morning at the property and made me lose three nights rental at the property. Total cost of the mess: 330 lost in rental, half a day of my time and that of my partner. Stay away from this disgraceful band of amateurs who are unable to even return calls!
