Extremely unprofessional. Appointment was April 30. Glasses were made incorrectly multiple times. Always blamed the lab but upon contacting insurance was told that they were ordered differently every time. Told today I am not getting a refund as I am just being too picky. Avoid at all costs.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! First time and last! Got scripts for my new frames which I paid for $375 with insurance, came in wrong mind you this started in August sent back waited another month finally received end of September, Lenses all scratches returned had to send back to Lab and here I am end of November and still no glasses. Called today had to send to another Lab and who knows when they will be done!
