Bought online and the shipping wasnt correct display delivery day, when was placing order was next day delivery, at soon I was made the payment the delivery was changed then I picked up my items next 5 days placed order on 8/18/21 then I received 8/23/21 I was tough buy a $1143 tires and install by the weekend! The first thing when was placed the order showing come from Georgia after I paid the order came from Louisiana! Everybody said Sorry Apologize, but my time its important for me !
I would never recommend ASAP Tire to anyone at all. The service model is excellent; however, if there is a personnel problem, the impacts are catastrophic for the customer especially if they have taken off work for the tire installation. An employee is allowed to be sick, but it is unacceptable for ASAP Tire to not have a back up plan. The company is not proactive at all. I was able to get tires installed somewhere else the next day.

If I had known it wasnt going to be free to get tire balancing done after I purchased the tires from tire rack I wouldve just gone to discount tire.
