Anthony - I am so sorry you felt this way. Thank you for your feedback. I was trying to help you the best way possible in a short call, saying that (1) I don't litigate, (2) I work on an hourly basis, and (3) I didn't have names of an attorney to work on contingency to handle your family disputes. I try to be as pragmatic as possible with everyone (client or potential clients) that call, and perhaps my trying to say all of this in a 10 minute call might have come off inconsiderate. I explained this was not a matter that I could add value to, so I didn't want to waste your time with your continuing to explain all of the details of your case if I'm not going to be able to assist. Again, I am so sorry if you thought my cutting to the chase (so to speak) was inconsiderate of your feelings. I wish you the best in your endeavors.
