Customer service is absolutely horrible. The company wants to keep money regardless of the transaction. They say they refund but good luck actually getting a refund if you actually have a problem.
Im going to keep this as short as possible. I ordered a splitter from them and they sent me the wrong one. I immediately told them about it and they sent me a return label almost a week and half later (it wouldve been longer but making a scene on the phone magically made a return label appear in my inbox the same day) I returned the wrong splitter and they sent me a replacement one. They sent the package to a previous address that I used several months ago on a previous order (note: theres a completely different new address for this recent order). I dont have access to that address anymore and that address is also 6 hours away from my current address. I called them to complain about the issue and they said it was a mix up blah blah blah, theyll send me another one to the right address. Its going on 9 days and they wont respond to any of my emails, they wont pick up the phone (and you cant leave a message), they wont respond on Instagram. No package, no anything. So now I dont have a splitter and I dont have the money either. This company sucks and their customer service is TERRIBLE. Please avoid this company if you can.

Ordered a splitter month and a half ago still hasnt arrived I call and no one answers I dm them on Instagram and they leave me on seen. They have terrible service.
