We are sorry that you feel this way. I personally looked at my phone and turned 1/2 of the lights off at 5:21 because I did not see anyone left in the store. The entire lights in the store were not turned off until 5:30. We try to let our customers shop and not follow them around and harass them and we are more than happy to help our customers with anything they need when they ask. And yes, I did turn 1/2 the lights off a little early because I have a very sick mother in the hospital that I was going to check on.

Arrived at 4:50pm. Disappointed with your customer service, no one asked if they could help. Workers turned off lights at 5:11pm to rush customers out. I won't be back, and won't recommend your store.
I drove almost 2 hours to come to this store for the first time. When we got there my 7 year old needed to use the restroom. I asked where the restroom was and was told it was locked due to COVID laws. I was so surprised since no one Working in the store has a mask or is practicing social distancing. I asked where we could go? I was told that he (manager) goes home to use the bathroom. I said I understand, but.....I was about to say we arent from here and drove 2 hours so I dont know where to go.....he cut me off and said apparently you dont understand. Are you suggesting I drive 2 hours back home?? GO TO DENNARDS!!! Dennards was polite and had everything we needed.
