I bought 20 cup hooks from this store via Amazon. However only 19 were delivered. I rang shop. They readily apologised and offered a refund. I didn't want to take up any more of my and their time so refused. I wanted 20 hooks, not 19 plus a few pence! I have assumed this was an honest mistake on their part but was disappointed with their their lack of focus upsetting my plans hence only 3 stars.

Top Guy's who will help you with anything and make sure you're getting the right thing for the job. Huge range of stock for plumbing, sparks, other trades, DIY and household & garden sundries. All at a decent price.
