Terrible customer service. Lady in the front is very rude and not helpful at all. Claim they have best deals in town yet I get cheaper rates from the dealership, yikes. Will never buy a car or take my car to their shop ever again.

I got a Chrysler 300 . None of the parts from the car I got from this dealership belonged to this car ! The wires were pinched into the bumper making the tail lights circuit out and they blamed it on my stereo system which was put in by A PROFESSIONAL. They said they would inspect it.... for 80$ an HOUR and that was all they could do about it. The rotors were warped The heater hose connecting to the coolant didnt even belong to the car ! The donut given to me belonged to a Mercedes The windshield wipers were dirty and damaged. The battery was smaller than it was supposed to be. And now the license plate light is short circuiting. Wonder whats gonna be wrong with this car now . HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CAR HERE.
