I have asked multiple times to be removed from the list (don't even own a BMW anymore) and it just doesn't end. Not to mention they had previously BROKEN and replaced a part on our previous BMW and proceeded to charge us for it even though it was clearly not broken before AND THEY TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS PROVING IT THEMSELVES. I can go deeper on how horrible management is and how much these people like to rip you off, however I will leave it at that.

We bought the BMW on the Mercedes side of Motorwerks. All went fine except for the unorganized actual buying of the car. Since buying the car one week ago - I cannot get the salesman, general manager or BMW specialist to call back to schedule appointments for an overview of the car since the salesman was a Mercedes dealer. When buying again would probably go elsewhere.

Not satisfied. Had a bad experience. Didnt clean my car properly. Even I didnt get loaner as they already scheduled for me .
