Bought a car from this establishment and we specifically told them to put the car in my name and have my father be the co-signer. We told them this twice and they still went ahead and put the car in his name and put me as the co-signer. Clearly they knew what they were doing and knew if it was under my fathers name the payments would be less and I would agree to buy the vehicle. Make sure you guys are paying attention to that final yellow page you are signing cause they will definitely try to catch you off guard since you are sitting there signing for an hour, she told us where to sign on the page and now they are refusing to change whos name its under saying I have to refinance it to be able to do so even though it was there mistake because I know not every document I signed was under co-signer. I know this is something I should have paid attention to but I didnt think I would have to worry about Honda being scam artists. If I even have the email and messages stating my father has to come in to co-sign. I called the guy who sold me the car and left him a voicemail at his desk and he never responded. I didnt tell him what I was calling about so clearly he knows what he did if he didnt call me back. This customer service is horrible and I will never be buying from Honda again which sucks because Ive only ever leased or bought a car from Honda. I will definitely be following up on this situation

Dealership was great, wonderful staff; knowledgeable and made you comfortable. Finance director tracy was rude. I went to another dealership where i was not insulted by tracy and Treated as one should be when spending 39k.
