Ares - I am sincerely sorry for the complications with your order, that is not how we normally do business. We had a change-over in staff right at the time you placed your order, and the newer, less experienced employee made the error on the alignment. When you brought the shirts back, I accepted the responsibility and agreed to reproduce the incorrect shirts at no cost. Additionally (as you mentioned) I agreed to a discount for your troubles. As many businesses have experienced this year, suppliers are running out of stock and lead-times are much longer in many cases - and this was the reason it took so long to get the replacements in. I apologize that we did not communicate pro-actively, and I assure you that I have addressed this with my team. I sincerely regret letting you down and it is my hope that someday you will give us 1 more chance to show you that we can provide a high level of customer service.

I wanted to rate this a 5. I really did. But after repeated incidents of no communication and a botched order I have to give it a 1. When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

I had the last minute idea to get a single shirt printed (the last thing most companies would want to hear at Christmas time). The owner mentioned he was loaded up with orders, but he still took mine, and he even worked with my flight schedule to get the order to me quickly! Excellent service! I will recommend this business whenever I get the opportunity.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went here to have a shirt done for my daughter's one year birthday. Worst experience ever!!! It wasn't the color I wanted but I ended up leaving with it but that is not why I was so upset with this place. It was the lady who worked on my shirt, the owner's sister. She has the worst attitude and not helpful at all to say the least. She doesn't know anything about customer service, clearly. I will never step foot in this place again. The man on the other hand was very nice and wasn't going to charge me since I was unhappy with my experience because of that lady..
