One of the girl employees was pretty rude but other than that customer service was good. The male employee went above and beyond helping me carry my purchases to my vehicle. There are good clothing items for babies here. . Just have to look well. The prices are lower than once upon a child by $2-$4 dollars. The environment though is not great. Musty smell and kind of dark.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I would not shop there even if they did have what I was looking for! I made a phone call asking for a specific pair of shoes and a size that I saw there and the lady would not even leave the register to go look to see if they were still there Unbelievable!

I've been visiting other mothers off and on since 2011 and this year I have visited more than ever. This is such a great store to trade in your lightly used clothing, toys, ect, and get items you need. I tell everyone I know about this place, and its other locations. It's worth the visit, helpful and friendly staff. Such a great store.

Similar to Goodwill but the customer focus is on women and children. The prices are comparable to Goodwill and customers can take gently used items there to earn store credit.

The girls were so rude to me. Went there to drop off clothes then they were ready and I drove all of the way back to get my credit. Well I got about $35 in store credit. I wanted the cash (half of what in store cred. would be) that Other Mother's typically does but I was not told that it was a new policy that they sont do cash until I had already made the two trips and waited for them to be done going through my stuff! "The girl said, it's a new policy and the other girl should've told you." Yes she should have! I got attitude from the girls as soon as I walked in both times. I would never come here again, the one that's literally twice as far on Bell Road and BCFW will be getting my business from now on. Waste of time.
