Had them come out to get a replacement remote key for my Audi was told they couldn't do it as my central locking was broken. Had a different company who came out and sorted it no issue. Wouldn't recommend.

I paid £170 for a replacement car key after my keys were stolen. Unfortunately, the car was stolen only a few hours later by the person who had taken the original keys and it has since been written off as the person crashed it. At no point when the key was cut was I told that the original stolen key might still work or that there was no guarantee the vehicle would be secure. When I phoned afterwards to discuss the situation, I was told “in hindsight I should have said there was no guarantee.” This warning was never given to me at the time. I found the response defensive and unhelpful when I was already dealing with a very stressful situation. Given the circumstances and the cost involved, I’m very disappointed with both the lack of clear advice and the customer service. My needs were not met, I feel misled and I paid in good faith for something that didn’t work! Not happy!
