Idk but customer service can be better when you first enter. Not after the fact ....smh. they also only deal with contractors here not actual customers who would like windows. You will be referred elsewhere.

A contractor had installed windows in our house over 15 years ago. We had noticed some of the seals had failed then to top things off our teenager broke a window doing some crazy karate kick. I took the window to a place and was informed that they couldn't fix it because it was a special welded seem, not your standard run of the mill vinyl window repair. They told me that it came from Northeast Building Products. After talking to one of the customer care representatives I was told that that particular model was defective and they would replace all the defective windows. What a shock, they REALLY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!! Not like a lot of the companies out there these days. I will tell everyone I know about them. Two bathroom windows were measured wrong on the initial visit but they came back and took care of everything. I was very generous in tipping the two men that came out to do the work. They deserve every dime. Thank you.

Beware!!! Worst company ever! This job has 90% ppl came out of jail or in half ways houses. Basically they know u dont hot no choices Cause who wants to go back to jail Floor surpervisor the worst If u like being treated like a slave From telling when to go to bathroom Standing 10hrs plus, speeding u! like u a machine No consideration!!! Your not a person, u just a number!!! THERE TURNOVER VERY HIGH! They got there favorites. They cheat u out what u worked for Go somewhere else There plenty of jobs that treat u better They all liars Iam happy I left! after 2 math Found better job and better pay
