Positive: Location, breakfast and staff were great Negative: Pool and hot tub broke it seems for sometime and disappointed as this was a key reason why I wanted to stay here after skiing all day

Thank you for the compliments about our cleanliness, rooms, included breakfast and our staff member, Kenny. We also value your feedback about dining hours and an individual on our team that didn't meet your expectations. In regard to dining hours, we have never advertised or been open for lunch. The reasoning behind this is an overall lack of demand for it. The vast majority of our guests are enjoying the outdoors between the close of our included breakfast and beginning of our bar and dining service at 4 pm. We cater almost exclusively to our in-house guests as opposed to outside traffic and this makes lunch in our current market untenable. With that being said, we are always evaluating ways to improve service and thank you for your comments.

PRO: Had a good stay here, the rooms are clean, the rooms are good size for two people, great views, breakfast is good saved us a bunch of money. Kenneth took very good care of EVERYONE while we were in the dinning area for breakfast. Thanks Kenneth. CON: The Dinning area was and still is advertised as being open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. This is untrue. Jackson Hole not only this Lodge is still having issues with being able to hire a full staff. So it is open only for Breakfast. Some of the front desk staff is not as happy it seems to be working. I dont want to point no one out but there is one that has a strong accent that was just not to pleasant to deal with, very straight forward no excitement at all. For the CON reasons I rate the Lodge a 3 STAR. This is a clean Lodge but you can tell it is up in age and could take a refreshing of Carpet, wallpaper and paint to cancel out the older smell. Would we stay here again ( Yes ) but would check around more first. It would not be our first pick next time we visit Jackson Hole.

Thank you for the great review in spite of our unexpected maintenance issue. We have been equally disappointed and have worked tirelessly to get these operational. We ultimately flew in a specialist due to the inability of local repair people to solve the problem. We now have the indoor hot tub and pool back in good working order. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed other aspects of your stay. It was a pleasure to have you visit and we hope to see you on a future visit.

Clean, great location. Free shuttle service into town was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many options. Kenny in the breakfast area offered exceptional service. Very disappointed that hot tub and pool were not working for the entire week

Good: clean & large room, really neat theme (daughter loved the bear statues), fireplace/seating at the entrance, hot breakfast with plenty of options and really nice staff Bad: woman who answered to take our reservation was rude and had a thick accent which made it even more difficult to reserve a room

We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy our included breakfast. This amenity is almost universally regarded as one of our top features year over year. We have a hot buffet breakfast with thick cut 'Dailys' bacon, multiple egg options, potatoes, yogurts, fruits, bagels and more.

Their breakfast is really terrible. Literally everything is sweetens and fattened. It totally lacks responsibility towards their guests. And they might say 'we have youguert with granola ' Sorry, it is sweetened and jam is added.
