I have been a patron of this establishment for over 8 years, and havent had a bad experience until now. I spent over $40 on takeout. One of the rolls tasted foul, and had a very strong fishy scent. I tried a second slice and promptly spat it out. The other rolls in my order were, sub par. Definitely not up to their previous offerings. I phoned to let them know about the above concerns and was basically dismissed. Sorry to say that theyve lost me, my family and friends as customers. Will be looking for another sushi bar. Hoping to not experience food poisoning.
I'm so over this place. Food is great, but service has been declining over time. I'm sick of my pickup orders being wrong, 30 minutes late, or not even started. They are prioritizing Door Dash over customers waiting outside.
