There is no parking at this complex for residents. If you have a vehicle or 2 do not come here. The only garage has a long waiting list that will never be open. Street parking is near impossible to find so have fun driving around for 20 minutes every time you get home from a long day or have groceries etc. Or risk getting towed. Also nowhere for your friends or family to park either. The complex told me there is nothing they can do which is ridiculous. Also construction will be going all around the building for the next year or so.

Lane is amazing! We have enjoyed our time here and there have been no problems. The staff is super friendly, the amenities are amazing, the community is respectful and our unit is cozy, modern and quiet! I highly recommend Lane Apartments to anyone looking to move!

Unfair deductions from security deposit at the time of move out. I was told normal wear and tear are acceptable before and on the day of moving out. In any case, I cleaned the apartment to the best of my ability. Later I was charged ~$200 for cleaning and carpet cleaning for a 600 sq ft apartment. Simply put, I feel cheated. In addition for the one year that I stayed here, garage parking is terrible (not both building are connected via elevators to the garage) and apartments have very poor air ventilation. Would not recommend.
