They have the worst customer service at the warehouse pick up in Pico Rivera. Waited for over an hour for my order that was ready for pick up. Ive shopped here when it was open to shop and the employees had the worst attitude and its obviously hasnt gotten any better. Very disappointed

I purchased these cute fluffy pink sandals and was so excited to get them but when I revived the they were such horrible quality the feathering was like glued on and not even all around it had like some flat spots and the bottom of the were so cheaply made I wish I could insert a picture to show you how horrible and cheap af they look I was bummed out and unfortunately I couldnt even return them because I got them when they were having a sale

Staff was incredible They helped me on site with pick up, I even had to make same-day exchanges and purchases and they were so helpful and customer service was superb! Will definitely return to do in-store shopping versus online on days Where I can take my time. Thank you Lola team!

Lola and her company are amazing! Her customer service is amazing! I love the experience and of course the trend. But I spent more than $200 this year for my bday heels dress and sandals. Everything was terrible quality! The shoes arent comfortable the sandals had a good week run. The items that are being sold arent quality items :( These items are great for quick outfit. But not long term use. Dresses are still in their bag and heels havent been used more than once. Not asking for refund or store credit. Just not purchasing again. Its just a waste of money. I think sometimes were better off investing in quality stuff which will be worth the buck!
