Disappointed in the whole picking up frames once they were ready. I don't live close to this office by any means but this office takes my insurance. I received a text my glasses were ready, I had two pair of glasses being worked on. I left work early so I could 1 get to the office before they close, 2 to beat the traffic. I get to the office to be told only pair was ready. Had I known this or been advised better of there system I would have waited. Now I'm waiting for the other pair to come in which I'm sure will happen while I'm at work and I will have to repeat the cycle of taking off from work early and driving to the other side of town. If I had the option of course I would have chosen an office much closer but the Dr came highly recommended. They need to fix the communication in that regards.

As you know, we are official carriers of the Tiffany and Co Brand, and the frames we carry come directly from the makers of Tiffany and Co. If there is a warranty on the frame that Tiffany and Co. would honor, we would have offered to replace it as their warranty. Unfortunately, with the frame you brought in, it would not have been covered under their warranty (because of the damage). That is why we offered you a discount to replace them to try and assist any way we can. We do our best to help our patients, we just can't do anything we want. Have a great weekend. The place is okay but their merchandise they are not a good quality, I have bought a pair of eyeglasses a year ago and its name brand its Tiffany and Co. how could an eyeglasses made from Tiffany and Co broke after a year. This is not good for Tiffany and Co., for them to replace my eyeglasses I still have to pay $195.00 that with the discount of 40% almost the same amount I have paid when I first got my eyeglasses from All Things Eye. For me it a rip of. They are not representing Tiffany and Co good. Dont ever buy your eyeglasses from All things Eye.

Any objections or discrepancies should be handled directly with your insurance provider and the benefits you have been assigned. Beware of hidden charges. The doctor charge me $40 for "contact lenses fitting" - trying a free sample pair of contacts in her office.
