I really wish there was a 0 Star rating as sometimes you just cant get bad enough. I have had the misfortune of working with Affiliate Window for over 5 years and would safely say they are amongst the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. The only reason I have to work with them is because 2 of my larger business partners work in partnership and it is a easy way of managing commissions. My main issue has got to be the absolutely pathetic service they provide. Whilst I understand payments can be delayed etc I am now waiting just 1 week short of a full year since a number of transactions were processed on my ad which I havent been paid for. I have been emailing them since 29th November and still the issue is neither resolved or explained. They continually ignore your emails and when you persist they simply advise you of false information or simply tell you they are looking into it. Like I said the WORST Company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have put companies onto their network as well as other networks depending on the sector the customer is in. I have purchased different service packages from self to premium. After years of working with them as well as their competitors, I do not recommend anyone to work with this company. They have internal issues going on which reflects poorly on their service. I speak to members of different departments and they all have negative things to say about their coworkers. Their performance is no where near their competitors. They do a good job trying to impress you prior to joining their network and as soon as you join, no results and poor service. Since you have already joined and signed a contract theres not much you can do other than look for a way out. If you have no choice but to join them go with a 6 month contract and opt out of the auto renewal. I have worked with them for companies in the US as well as Global companies. The performance and service is the same.

Awin are notorious in the affiliate marketing industry for employing low-paid, fourth-rate university graduates (see information on Glassdoor) and boy does it show. Getting these junior bods to do ANYTHING is more painful than pulling your teeth out. They know next to nothing above the basics. They show no desire to get anything resolved and seem to be only interested in their latest jolly at the local pub later that day. The vast majority of advertisers on this network are highly unethical and will use any and every trick in the book to (a) ensure that their tracking DOESN'T work to the full extent, so they don't have to pay affiliates and (b) if commissions are registered, to avoid paying affiliates their earnings. Hell will freeze over before you receive your commissions from most advertisers in a timely fashion. Waiting 14 or 16 months is common! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
