I had purchased an item recently with Sandro and it was an on sale item. I left the store. When i got home the saleswoman had failed to remove the security tag from the item I had purchased. I then went back to the store asking to a refund on the item I had purchased. The saleswoman then refused to give a refund and stated that she had told me before that there are no refunds on sales items, only credit notes. This was utterly false information. Her colleague then started to intervene and was also extremely rude and unhelpful. She then refused to tell me her name, as I want to file a formal complaint with her. Overall the experience was dire and the customer service was below par. I do not recommend going to this store.
