It's terrible the way the customer is treated and the online inventory hardly ever right. Guess I'm gonna become loyal to the big corporation auto salvage yards. I miss Royal Auto Salvage. Might not have been a pull your own style but they would help you locate the part even if they didn't have it. These newer folks will either fake you into the entry fee or send you packing. Either way rude as hell and not taking care of their clientele. I even emailed them twice and have gotten no response. 0 stars!!!

I called them on 3 different occasions asking if they had a certain part. They said I had to come look for myself. I went there and told them what I was looking for. They then wanted to charge me a fee to go in and look. They were only off by 10 years in the model year car I needed a part from. How hard is it to track what cars you have.
