We ordered a total of 41 shirts for a very important group event we were having and received damaged shirts, they seemed to of been rolled while the ink was still hot. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the assumption is they sat for too long. The shirts were giving out to the group the next day by 9am, I can understand mistakes and corrections but not when a company starts to pass assumptions and blame to the customer. By the end of the conversation the representative was screaming and hung up the phone. I do not recommend this place, very bad and unprofessional customer service.
TMB save the day. Like always this momma procrastinated on ordering shirts for my childs birthday this weekend. I went in, spoke to Blanca, told her what i wanted and within just a few hours i was able to pick up my shirts for this weekend. I was also able to pick up some vinyl, which saved me trip to the other side of the city. Love shopping and supporting local!
