Had to chase up parcel through parcel force as my full address had not been put on the delivery address so parcel force could not find me. Please ensure the customers full address is put on the delivery for parcel to actually get to them.

After a little mix up with the sending of my daughter's pe kit I finally got my stuff. The staff have been great and as soon as they realised my items hadn't been sent they were on the phone explaining what happened, and sent the kit straight to me that very day. I would definitely recommend agame, but what I will say as a customer if you have a problem ring th and they will resolve your issue. Thank you for helping us and for sending me the rest of my daughter's things

They delivered my child's sports top to the wrong school after a long delay and have still not contacted me after my query except to say that they would be in touch in forty eight hours. After a week I have still heard nothing! I have never had such a difficult online shopping experience :(
