Took 2 1/2 months for an order that was supposed to take 3 weeks and I still never received the order after being told it would be finished on 3 separate occasions. Poor communication and commitment to product.

Ordered a single, plain (no embroidery, nothing) hat on 8/2. Called 3 separate occasions checking on status. Was told first it would ship within 2 days. Second, was told it was shipping that same day. Third, was told they didn't know what happened that they took it to USPS already. Tracking shows that was untrue. Tracking finally shows it to be delivered 8/27, tbd. Shipping to/from are 3 hours apart. Shouldn't take a month to be delivered. No apologies or communication have been received. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

This place does excellent embroidery work for individuals and/or corporate. Experienced technical and friendly staff. Inside Glenn Dean Shopping Center, easily seen from Glenn road.
