Beautiful Material with Bad Customer Service. We bought all the tile, tub shower door and shower column from Porcelanosa back at the end of October 2019. The sales lady seemed really put off by the whole selling something to someone deal. I let it go at the time because maybe she was just having a bad day. She didn't even say thank you or crack a smile after we paid over $4,000.00 in her store. Now several months later the shower column we purchased is malfunctioning. We have called the show room, customer service, The warehouse, sent emails without any response from the company. We understand that they are limited on staff due to the pandemic but not to get a call back or an email back to say, hey we'll get to you soon, has not happened. Bottom line, our water is off because the part needed to fix our issue comes only from Porcelanosa. I would even fix it myself at this point and forego the warranty. JUST RETURN MY CALL.
i just want everybody to know this is the worst tile store . i had called several time and could not leave the message and no one answer the phone. how can they run this business without returning calls or messages to customer......
Kim, at Porcelanosa-Walnut Creek Store- has been wonderful. Very helpful and patient while helping me choose my tile. Had a problems with a few tiles that got damaged during shipment and Kim promptly replaced them. Very satisfied with their service.
